NYYC celebrates 159th Annual Cruise

New York Yacht Club burgees and signal flags from a fleet of about 75 sail and power yachts graced the Belfast, Maine, waterfront on Aug. 12-13.

Members of the NYYC visited the city and were hosted at the Front Street Shipyard. A Wednesday evening cocktail party followed a day of racing that began in Pretty Marsh on Mount Desert Island. Thursday, a lay day for the fleet ended with cocktails and a lobster bake for more than 300 at the shipyard. The cruise began and ended in Rockland, Maine.
