Anchored boat cancels Fort Walton fireworks

The U.S. Coast Guard has released a report on a boat that anchored in a safety zone prior to a major fireworks display in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, causing the cancellation of the display. The owner and others onboard the 55-foot yacht named Fuelish Pleasure refused to move saying they had been drinking, and they were unable to secure a tow to move the boat away from the fireworks barge.
