Northern Lights announces the launch of their upgraded website

SEATTLE – Sept. 16, 2009 – The new www.northern-lights.com website will provide visitors with an entirely new interface to view Northern Lights’ line of marine- and land- based diesel generator sets and Lugger propulsion engines.
While popular features like product specifications, comprehensive literature and up-to-date dealer locations are still mainstays of the site, the overall look of Northern Lights’ Website is being dramatically upgraded.
“A major goal of the re-design is to better represent the corporate identity of the Northern Lights’ family of products,” said Northern Lights sales and marketing manager, Colin Puckett. “We still offer an industry-leading amount of drawings, manuals and other literature that our customers have come to expect, but we are now presenting that information in a more streamlined, intuitive and user-friendly format reflective of the clean, simple design that Northern Lights is famous for.”
The site has also been re-designed to be more customer-focused. Product information, a dealer directory, drawings and literature are quickly available with prominent links, as well as links to corporate news and archives. A newly upgraded search feature will allow visitors quick access to information on their specific Northern Lights product, part or local dealer.
Application reports and company contacts are archived here as well, for one-stop company information and education. Most importantly for existing customers, the 300+ member dealer network can be easily accessed from the singular location of www.northern-lights.com.
With an overall cleaner look and easy-to-navigate design, Northern Lights is pleased to set the standard for online customer interface.
