“Pints with a Purpose” helps CG families

The Coast Guard Foundation is running a partnership with Offshore Ale, based in Martha’s Vineyard, Mass. For every pint sold of its East Chop Lighthouse Golden Ale and Menemsha Creek Pale Ale, Offshore Ale will donate a penny to the CG Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to the education, welfare and morale of all Coast Guard members and their families. The promotion is called “Pints with a Purpose.” Offshore Ale is currently only available in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, but is expected to go into wider distribution soon.
