I agree with the Ho. Can someone explain how we get to that latitude? It. Doesn't seem to fit the equations I know.Jack

In this case the latitude equals the Declination minus the Co-Altitude.
Co-Altitude is 90° - Ho = 05° 26.0'
Declination is N 09° 50.4'
So, 09° 50.4' - 05° 26.0' = N 04° 24.4'
