Nigel Calder on hybrid power

There has been quite a bit of talk in past few years about hybrid propulsion — using both diesel engines/generators and electrical motors — as a way to move a boat through the water. Famed marine engineer and author Nigel Calder has been experimenting with hybrid power systems and he will discuss the results of this research on these systems during twoAmerican Boat and Yacht Council-sponsored webinars.
