Anyone who has been offshore and has stood a late night watch can attest to the fact that the eye can play tricks on you. From strange lights to weird shapes and even odd sounds (we won’t go into that), the occasional trippiness of an offshore trip is a factor not fully appreciated without having experienced it.
What would you think, then, if you saw this sight coming at you in the gloom of dusk? It looks as if a whole container port is on the move. This image shows cranes destined for Bayport, the recently completed container port in Houston, being transported by ship to Texas.
