Lease helps in launch of sailing museum

With a recent vote by the Maryland Board of Public Works, the National Sailing Hall of Fame has apparently gained a home. The recently approved space is near the U.S. Naval Academy at the Annapolis City dock. The board approved a 50-year lease on the property by the museum. Now there is the small subject of raising $30 million so the museum can be built and operated.
