Weather links chosen by Volvo Ocean Race navigators

The newsletter Scuttlebutt features some engaging back-and-forthing on all things to do with sailboat racing. Among the most interesting elements circulating in a scuttlebutt newsletter last month was a series of weather links. Navigators of the vessels engaged in the Volvo Ocean Race were allowed to choose a handful of websites to access during the race. These are the URLs they chose – collectively. Given the ever-changing nature of the web, the links cannot be guaranteed for accuracy; they were accurate as of Oct. 10, 2001.
