Portland, ME - Meteorologist and weather router, Ken McKinley, of Locus Weather will focus on how these weather systems affect yachting activities and how mariners can use publicly available weather information to help make safe routing decisions. Participants will conduct simulated voyage planning using real weather data and will receive a notebook of information, exercises and a resource list.
